Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• Item must be unopened and unused
• Original packaging must be intact
• Proof of purchase is required

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Opened or used products
• Items without original packaging
• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards

3. Wait for return authorization and instructions
4. Ship the item back to our Nairobi store
